GrandCentral Goes Mobile
GrandCentral has recently launched a mobile version of its site. Still they haven’t announced it and that’s why the mobile site doesn’t load from a PC or a laptop, but it works properly from a mobile device. The site will work on the full scale after the official launch.
Like many other mobile sites, GrandCentral Mobile is a mobile version of the normal one. The primary aim of the service is reviewing and administering voicemails through your account via a mobile device. All the features are included into the mobile version: view and play messages, reply, forward, flag, delete e.t.c. Moreover you will be able to access your address book. All the voice mails are in MP3 format, so if you want to play them on your mobile device it won’t be a great problem.
The site also provides “visual voicemail” (one of the most awaited features of the forthcoming iPhone).
There is another great feature of GrandCentral: you can forward calls to your GrandCentral phone number. Your voicemails will be kept in one place even if people use your cell phone number.
