Samsung i620 Review

Thursday, 31.05.2007

samsung_i620.jpgSamsung is upgrading their i600 windows mobile smartphone with i620. The Samsung i620 is running the windows mobile 6 and it is done in a fashion sliding style.

Specs are good and we can mention the 95 grams weight, much close to a regular phone than a PDA Phone, three band GSM with UMTS and HSDPA, 2 megapixel camera, front call camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and microSD card. I hope they’ll decide to make also a black versions, as silver looks best on sport cars.

There are two cameras on the SGH-i620, so this is a 3G phone like the i600. We also know that it supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) and has a two megapixel camera with flash. There’s a wide 320×240 pixel display too, which is a more practical arrangement for a smartphone than the typical “tall” display found on other mobile phones.

Even if it has a little unusual stuffed shape, Samsung i620 QWERTY slider smartphone is among the most compact and lightest phones in this class.

Features:

• Network: GSM Triband (900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz)
• HSDPA/UTMS
• Size: 113 x 59 x 11.8 mm
• Weight: 95 grams
• OS: Windows Mobile 6 Standard
• Camera: 2 megapixel camera with flash
• Secondary video call camera
• microSD card slot
• Bluetooth
• WiFi
